Runways arriving trips stop on the Level 1, Ground Transporation, on Landside (Terminal) B.  To access the airline ticket counters, arriving guests should enter the terminal building and proceed upstairs on either the express escalator or one of the elevators to Level 3 Departures/Ticketing.  Once on Level 3, look for signs for your airline's counter, which will be either on Airside (Terminal) B, or straight across the building on Airside (Terminal) A.  A full list of airlines by terminal follows at the bottom of this page.

Runways' departing trips board at side A, Level 1 (Ground Transportation), from the Out of Town Shuttle bays A 15 and A 16.  These bays are 25 spaces to the left of where Runways' used to board near the Public Bus (LYNX) bays.  Runways encourages all of its guests to board on Airside A, Level 1, spaces A15 and A16.  If you must board on Airside B, please call us ahead of your date of travel at 1-800-5-RUNWAYS (1-800-578-6929) for specific information to do so. If you are in any doubt of where to board, please use the Landside A location at bays A15 and A16.
