It is easy to make a reservation for your next trip on Runways.  Just click where indicated on the box above.  First choose your starting location (“From”) and your destination (“To”).  Then, Select how many people are traveling (including yourself) and choose whether you are making a one-way or round trip.  Then enter your departure date and, if this is a round trip, your return date of travel.  When done, click “Reserve Now.”

After clicking “Reserve Now”, you will be directed to a secure page where you will choose your itinerary (departing and returning trip times and dates of travel), and enter your payment information.  Your total fare, which includes all taxes and fees, will also be displayed on this page.  Runways accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 

Be certain to enter your correct e-mail address, as this is where we send your electronic ticket.

Remember that Runways does require advance reservations (at least 24 hours), and that all tickets are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for travel at another date for a fee, IF the original reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours PRIOR to the trip’s departure.

Bring Someone Fare*:  If you bring one person with you for your complete itinerary, your companion travels at ½ price for "C" fares only.

To receive the "C" 7-Day Minimum Advance Discount Fare, you must reserve and purchase your travel on Runways at least seven full days or more in advance of your initial departure, and seats for these fares are limited and may not be available on all trips or segments. 

On certain peak and high peak travel days, no discount fares are available.

In 2008-2009 Peak Travel Days include:

  • January 1-2, 5

  • March 5, 8, 15

  • April 25-30

  • May 4-5, 22-23, 26-27

  • July 3-4, 6-7

  • August 16, 19-20, 28-29

  • September 1-2

  • November 6-7, 10, 23-24, 27, 29

  • December 13, 20, 21-23, 31

  • January (2009) 1-3

On these peak travel days, the discount ("B") fare seats may be available, otherwise the full ("A") fare will apply.

In 2008-2009 High Peak Travel Days include:

  • January 6-7

  • March 6-7, 16-17

  • May 1-3

  • August 17-18

  • November 25-26, 30

  • December 1, 11-12, 18-19, 24-25

  • January (2009) 4-5

Travel on High Peak Travel dates will be charged the full ("A") fare, and no discounts will be available.
